The things people get stuck on most, and how to reach a person if none of them cover it.

Email nic@laughterconsulting.com. It helps to say which phone you're on, iPhone or Android, and what you were doing right before the problem. If it's about a particular set, include the set number.
You bought premium and the app doesn't show it
Open Brickanize, go to Account, and tap Restore Purchases. That asks the App Store or Google Play for your purchase again and re-applies it, which is the fix after a new phone, a reinstall, or a payment that went through on the store's side without unlocking in the app.
Restore only finds purchases made with the store account you're signed into now. If you bought premium under a different Apple Account or Google account, sign back into that one and restore from there.
What premium includes
Premium covers all of it in one purchase, sold as a monthly or annual subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. It gives you as many bins as you want to organize your collection into, cloud backup of your collection and wishlists so you can restore everything on a new phone, bulk barcode scanning for adding a pile of sets in one pass, identifying a set from a photo of the box, wishlists with a push notification when something on one goes on sale at lego.com or Amazon, and no ads.
Without premium the app still searches sets, shows set detail and market values, and keeps your collection on your device. A single barcode scan is also sold on its own as a one-time purchase, and it's included with premium.
Managing or cancelling a subscription
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google, not by us, so they're managed in your store account. On iPhone that's Apple's subscription settings, and on Android it's your Google Play subscriptions. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for, and premium keeps working until then.
Refunds are handled by the store you bought from, under its own policy. We never see your card and can't charge or refund it, so a refund request has to go through Apple or Google. Email us anyway if something was charged that you can't explain, and we'll help you work out what it was.
A set's value looks wrong
Market value is an estimate, not an appraisal. It's built from recent sold prices on BrickLink and moves as the market does, and sealed and opened copies are valued separately because they sell for different amounts.
Two things explain most totals that look too low. A set we can't find any recent sales for is valued at its original retail price instead. A set with neither a retail price on record nor any recent sales can't be valued at all, so it's left out of the total and the value card on the home screen shows how many sets are not counted.
Your collection didn't come back on a new phone
Cloud backup is a premium feature, so a collection built without premium lives only on the phone it was built on. If you had premium, sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before and restore your purchase from the Account screen, and the backup comes down with it.
Deleting your account
Account, then Delete Account, inside the app. What gets removed, what survives, and what to do if you no longer have the app are all on the account deletion page.
