Delete from inside the app

Open Brickanize, go to the Account tab, and choose Delete Account. You'll be asked to sign in again to confirm it's you, and the deletion happens immediately.

What gets deleted

Your account record, your sign-in, and everything backed up to our server are all removed right away. That's your collection, the bins you made and the names you gave them, and your wishlists. Nothing about deletion is delayed or batched.

What is kept

Two things survive deletion. First, a one-way hashed code derived from your sign-in identity, kept so the early-adopter lifetime-free offer can't be farmed by deleting and re-creating accounts. It can't be turned back into who you are, and if you ever return it restores your original early-adopter spot. Second, Apple and Google keep their own records of any purchases you made, under their own policies, because they processed those payments. The sets stored locally on your phone are yours and stay on the device until you remove the app or clear its data.

If you can't use the app

If you no longer have the app or your device, email nic@laughterconsulting.com from any address and ask for your account to be deleted. Include roughly when you created the account and which sign-in you used (Apple or Google) so it can be located, since we don't store your email or name.
